Your stablecoin top up hasn't arrived?

Transferring funds from an external wallet to Stables involves three steps:

  1. Stablecoins withdrawal from the external wallet

  2. Blockchain network confirmation

  3. Stables credits stablecoins to your account

Due to possible network congestion, there may be a delay in processing your transaction. You can use the Transaction ID to look up the status of your transfer by using a blockchain explorer (such as Etherscan)

  • If the transaction hasn’t been fully confirmed please wait patiently for it to be processed. When the transaction has been confirmed, Stables will credit the funds to your account.

  • If the transaction is confirmed by the blockchain but not credited your Stables account contact us via chat and we will look into into straight away for you.

  • If the transaction is confirmed by the blockchain and it shows as pending in your Stables account, that means we’ve already received your stablecoins and in the process of sending your funds to our trusted institutional partners.
