What can I do if my transaction fails?

There’s a number of different reason why your transaction has been declined, for a detailed breakdown of the different error messages please see the following:

  • Do Not Honour - Please check with your bank why your transaction is declining, in the meantime give another card a try.

  • Insufficient funds - Please make sure you have enough balance on your card before attempting to make a transaction again.

Please note that credit card transactions are more likely to fail as the providers might have stricter controls on where you spend your money.
